“Bicerin” is a traditional drink from Turin made of coffee, chocolate and milk cream. Opera Waiting – 100% Nature, an innovative confectionery workshop located in the middle of the peaceful hills of San Gimignano in Tuscany, was inspired by this beverage and decided to create an original and incredible handmade Panettone dedicated to coffee, hazelnut and chocolate lovers.
Only natural ingredients are used to make this Panettone; no cake mix or emulsifier is used to obtain this unique, genuine and enveloping taste.
The aroma of espresso coffee, the sweet chocolate, the intense rum syrup are all enhanced by the voluptuous dough. Since it is naturally leavened with sourdough, the dough has a perfect alveolar structure.
No detail has been overlooked; the company mainly focuses on the selection of raw materials, such as ancient grain flours, vanilla pods and high-quality butter.
