The white chocolate dragées with raisins, bitter almond and sea salt are bite-sized panned chocolate confections handmade by Torta Pistocchi in Florence. This unique recipe won the gold medal at the 2017 International Chocolate Awards.

What is the secret behind the success of these confections? Perfectly balanced flavours: sweet, savoury, bitter and sour. The sour note of raisins and the bitter flavour of almonds are, indeed, balanced out by the sweetness of milk chocolate, which is enhanced by a hint of sea salt.
