This is the ideal dry-cured ham for whoever is seeking authentic flavours, a genuine taste as well as the guarantee of a monitored supply chain. The organic Italian cured ham by Devodier has it all.
The animals - all born and reared in Italy - are only fed with organic cereals rich in noble proteins and are reared in a semi-wild state. That means that the meat is as genuine as it gets. Following the traditional manufacturing method, which has been implemented in this company for decades, Devodier only adds salt and finalises production by letting its organic hams rest in cellars.
Devodier’s hams are the result of a collaboration with carefully selected Italian breeders which rear their livestock antibiotic-free from the 49th day of life.
