SFIZIO, born from an idea of Antonio Martorana and Aya Yamada, a Sicilian and a Japanese couple in life and work, who pushed by the common passion for good food, decide to create a small workshop in the center of Montelupo Fiorentino. Here we produce various types of cantucci and biscuits yourself, carefully selecting the ingredients, always trying to give priority to Italian raw materials, creating new and unusual combinations. with delicate and surprising tastes, presented in well-kept and modern packages that always leave the contents in sight. All the phases of our production are entirely manual, from the preparation of the dough to the cutting of the biscuits up to the final packaging.
The taste of our biscuits is given exclusively by the ingredients used as we do not make any use of artificial flavors or vanillins, or of course colorings or preservatives. Only natural ingredients, so much care and passion.
