This great cheese, the truffle pecorino called “Tuberino”, belongs to the refined cheese selection of De’ Magi. The truffle pecorino cheese by De’ Magi is only made with ewe’s milk from Italian farms and the truffle is mixed directly inside the cheese. That means that each bite is an explosion of flavour.

The paste is firm to the bite and averagely soluble in the mouth and it is absolutely delicious melted on your dishes.
