Did you know that the viennesi are only produced in autumn and winter and removed from the shelves by the end of June? The reason is very simple: they’re made with fresh, top-quality and preservative-free ingredients and therefore high temperatures and humidity could affect their fragrance and delicacy. They were born as a winter product, back when grandfather Attilio decided to create a production line that would differ from cones, waffles and semi-finished products for the ice cream shop with which he started the company. To this day, they are still a typical product of the cold season.
