Very few and simple prime quality ingredients go into these sautéed aubergines by Cascina Pizzavacca. That’s the philosophy behind this farm which focuses on the selection of ingredients, the promotion of agricultural products and traditional recipes.

Aubergines are cooked with garlic and parsley and are then packed with extra virgin olive oil and wine vinegar. That’s why the pulp is so tender but compact and the aubergines have a balanced taste including bitter, sour and sweet notes.

They pair well with cheeses, bruschetta, pasta salad and with a Mortadella sandwich!
