This Mozzarella is a braid full of deliciousness and fresh milk. It is fresh, soft and flavourful and it tastes amazing in a Caprese salad, as well as by itself – it is so delicious that you don’t even need to season it with oil and salt. It should be eaten at room temperature, so remember to take it out of the fridge in advance!

The Azienda agricola Tempio farm is located in the Paestum plain, next to the Greek temples.
