“La zizza” is a truly exceptional – and rather large - PDO buffalo mozzarella from Campania. As its name suggests, the shape of this mozzarella is reminiscent of a big breast! It’s not easy to make: only very skilled and expert people are able to get the shape right. It is very easy to eat it, though. You should just remember to let it rest outside of the fridge at room temperature, before serving it.
