Panificio Pancini - Pancini bakery - has been handcrafting fresh and dry pasta, bread and confectionery for the past 30 years. The exceptional quality of their products is the result of a careful selection of ingredients, such as stone-ground flour or fresh eggs coming from local farms. Only the ingredients complying with the company’s high quality standards are selected for the production of delicious goods. Pasta, such as Ravioli, Tortelli and Pici, is handmade, filled or properly rolled out the artisanal way according to local tradition. The bakery also specialises in the production of exquisite biscuits and baked desserts, such as Cantuccini or “Brutti ma buoni”, the symbol of Tuscany’s confectionery tradition.

The success of Panificio Pancini is the result of half a century of sacrifices and passion. The owner Gianpiero Pancini was once a professional cyclist; he decided at one point to end his sport career and dedicate his life to his true passion: baking. He and his wife Luana bought a small bakery shop in Giovi, in the province of Arezzo, and then moved to a bigger shop in Castelnuovo di Subbiano, in the wonderful Casentino valley. Since 2010 their daughter Sandra has taken over the shop and works together with three close partners with the same dedication and passion.

Nowadays, Panificio Pancini sells its products to large retailers, as well as small delicatessen shops, restaurants and pizzeria, which love its bread and pizza dough.
