“Extra” anchovy fillets packed in olive oil - 340g Campisi
The anchovies by Campisi are processed by hand in the canning factory located in Marzamemi, Sicily. Campisi only uses Sicilian olive oil to preserve its anchovies. The anchovy fillets are big, firm and flavourful and are ideal to dress salads, bruschetta, as well as pasta and rice dishes.
Campisi’s anchovy fillets, which feature a very high quality, are high in protein and ‘healthy’ fats. Anchovies are salted by hand with salt from Trapani and fished where the Mediterranean and Ionian Sea meet, creating a perfect salinity level which confers a unique flavour.
The glass jar can be hermetically sealed, thus allowing preserving its content and keeping the authentic and genuine features of these fillets intact.
