“Extra” anchovy fillets with red hot chilli pepper in olive oil - 340g Campisi
The anchovies by Campisi are processed by hand and are preserved in Sicilian olive oil seasoned with Italian spicy red hot chilli pepper. In its canning factory located in Marzamemi, Sicily, the Campisi company processes big, firm and flavourful anchovy fillets which are ideal to spice up salads, bruschetta, as well as pasta and rice dishes.
Campisi’s anchovy fillets, which are high in protein and ‘healthy’ fats, feature a very high quality. Anchovies are salted by hand with salt from Trapani and fished where the Mediterranean and Ionian Sea meet, creating a perfect salinity level which confers a unique flavour.
The glass jar can be hermetically sealed, thus allowing preserving its content and keeping the authentic and genuine features of these fillets intact.
