The peppers are cultivated according to nature’s rhythm in the province of Treviso and have obtained the Biodiversity Friend certification.
They are freshly harvested when they are grilled and seasoned with rosemary.
They create an explosion of flavour that is ideal to spice up delicious starters or finger food or even to
fancy up your pizza and focaccia bread. You can use them as a side dish to serve with meat or you can add them to a meat and cheese platter for the final tasty touch.
