

Tuscan chickpeas adorn our tables all year round. They are healthy, delicious and versatile: they can be used in many hot or cold dishes. The typically Tuscan chickpea variety called ‘piccino’ (small) is the result of a long natural selection.
The main quality of these small Tuscan chickpeas is their very thin skin which makes them very pleasant to eat. They are very flavourful and since they are so tiny, they are ideal for delicious salads and creative bruschetta.
