Organic Cannellini Primavera beans - 350g Radici

Cannellini Primavera beans are similar to “fagioli all’uccelletto”, the Tuscan take on baked beans. However, in this case, vegetables, such as tomatoes, carrots, onions and celery, are added to Cannellini beans, which amount to 50% of the dish, thus making the dish more balanced from a nutritional point of view. The Radici farm makes this dish organic and ready to serve, offering good-for-you convenience food.

The Radici farm is located on the slopes of the Pratomagno mount, in Tuscany, where they cultivate fruit and vegetables according to the principles of organic farming. Once they have reached peak maturation, vegetables are harvested and immediately processed, in order to keep their freshness intact. Ready-to-serve dishes by Radici do not contain preservatives, chemical additives or flavour enhancers: only extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper are used to dress the dish. Ancient, Tuscan flavours are now packed in 350g jars, filled to the brim with genuine and traditional dishes.

Cannellini Primavera dishes are ready to eat: they can be served with soups and croutons or as a side dish to meat and fish dishes. Try them with tuna salad, too. During those gloomy rainy days, dilute Cannellini beans with water or broth to make delicious soups, to which you can add rice or other cereals.
