The Torta Pistocchi chocolate cake with raisins and rum is one of Torta Pistocchi’s cakes with the most intense and thrilling flavour, given by a mouth-watering and truly exceptional flavour combination. The aromatic flavour of rum envelops the palate and bursts out of the raisins as you bite into them. As a matter of fact, raisins are soaked into a special Martinique rhum agricole for two weeks, before being mixed with chocolate.
Siblings Claudio and Claudia Pistocchi make artisan, prime-quality products without using eggs, butter, flour, added sugar, preservatives and additives. That’s why the cakes are vacuum-packed in the lab and must be kept at refrigerated temperatures to keep their fragrance and deliciousness intact for a long time.
