Coffee and dark chocolate dragées are bite-sized panned chocolate confections handmade by Torta Pistocchi in Florence. This great recipe, characterised by the use of prime-quality ingredients, was awarded at the 2016 International Chocolate Awards.
What is the secret behind the success of these dragées? The coffee grains of the Ethiopian Yrgalem variety, an aromatic Arabica which creates a long-lasting explosion of taste in the mouth, when combined with delicious Pistocchi’s dark chocolate.
