Casa Iuorio’s ready-made plum tomato sauce is a real delicacy to always keep in the pantry. Inside the jar there are only natural ingredients, without dyes, preservatives or additives. The plum tomatoes are grown in the open field with sustainable farming techniques and without chemical agents on farm land.

Harvesting is still manual, as are all stages of processing, which takes place in the laboratory next to the fields. Only perfectly ripe tomatoes are selected, then prepared by the expert hands of the local women, keepers of the most traditional recipes. The jars are also prepared by hand one by one, up until labeling.

Casa Iuorio is a farm from Palomonte, in the province of Salerno, now reaching the fourth generation.
