Preparation tips: season the sauce with salt, oil, chili pepper and oregano, pour on the base and add the pieces of mozzarella and a sprinkling of oregano. The anchovies can be put both during cooking or after, once the pizza is ready. Bake in ventilated oven at 240° C (475° F, gas mark 9) for 5 minutes.
