Preparation tips: season the sauce with salt, oil, oregano and, if desired, a pinch of chili pepper. Together with the buffalo balls in small pieces, add to the base anchovies, capers and olives. To finish, a nice sprinkling of oregano and bake for 5 minutes at 240° C (475° F, gas mark 9).
