The white chocolate and orange Torta Pistocchi cake is a recipe that was thoroughly tested before being introduced at the 2010 “Salone del Gusto” event in Turin. It is a great cake that combines flavours from Sicily and Oceania. As a matter of fact, Torta Pistocchi uses white chocolate from the Vanuatu islands, which is mixed with fragrant orange zests from Sicily. The whole thing is dusted with bitter cocoa.

This cake pleasantly surprised us because, despite its ingredients, it is not too sweet. We all know that Torta Pistocchi is the master of balanced flavours! This white chocolate and orange cake has a lost-lasting flavour and envelops the palate with skilfully researched and masterfully enhanced aromas. We find it exceptional with a Grand Marnier sauce!

Siblings Claudio and Claudia Pistocchi make artisan, prime-quality products without using eggs, butter, flour, added sugar, preservatives and additives. That’s why the cakes are vacuum-packed in the lab and must be kept at refrigerated temperatures to keep their fragrance and deliciousness intact for a long time. Do not forget to take them out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature - the ideal serving temperature - before serving them.
