These chopped PDO Bronte pistachios are cultivated by Don Tanu on the western slope of Etna. These green gems are left to dry under the sun in their natural state; then they are shelled and chopped and they’re ready to go. These pistachios are unsalted and unroasted.

Bronte pistachios are peeled and chopped, making for a very versatile and practical ingredient. They can be used to refine pasta, fish dishes and salads or even garnish special desserts.
