Tuscany is our homeland, so it’s only normal that this selection of Tuscan products is very close to our heart; we are talking about the flavours of our home, of our childhood and of our daily life.
We think that the main Tuscan specialty is Chianina meat. We have not only selected classic steak cuts of Chianina meat, but we have also added the incredible and rarer Casentino grey pork meat to our assortment. Casentino grey pigs are reared in a semi-wild state in the Casentino forests; we sell a lot of meat cuts for grilling as well as cold cuts made from this pork.
Among all specialties from Tuscany, cold cuts and cheeses surely stand out; that’s why we have created a unique selection of handmade pecorino-cheeses and cold cuts that should never miss in a proper Tuscan starter platter, such as e.g. Soprassata, Salami and Capocollo cured cold cut.
Last but not least, our region Tuscany has a much richer culinary heritage: ancient grains, fresh pasta and legumes which always have their place in our pantry.
Two words best describe our assortment of Tuscany food: selection and authenticity. We carefully select all of our manufacturers and add products to our selection only if they pass two very strict tests: production must follow very high quality standards and the flavour must be nothing short of extraordinary.
