Grown in Tuscany’s Valdichiana region using traditional farming methods, this garlic is loved not only for its generous size, but also for being easy on the stomach and highly digestible.

Use it in typical Tuscan recipes like pici all’aglione, or in soups, sauces, purées and even cold dishes.
