Casentino Grey Pork Paté - 212gr

Tuscan paté is a great classic of traditional Italian cuisine. This extra tasty and delicious variant is obtained by replacing the classic chicken livers with the Casentino grey pork liver.

The traditional recipe has been preserved, both in the preparation and the use of ingredients such as anchovies, capers and Vin Santo wine. The result is a jar of pure goodness, ready to spread on Tuscan bruschetta bread or to enrich your appetizers and snacks, on their own or combined with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.

Grey pork is a pork breed resulting from the crossbreeding of "Large White" female pigs and "Cinta Senese" male pigs. Grigio del Casentino rears pigs in semi-wild state on the slopes of the Casentino forest national park, in a splendid valley where they eat naturally and live in the open.
