A purple ketchup? It was born out of the creativity of the Nonno Andrea company which revisited the legendary American ketchup the Italian way. Nonno Andrea makes its purple ketchup by hand from Radicchio di Treviso, prunes and onions, to which the company adds spices, cane sugar and organic apple cider vinegar.
With its fruity flavour and the slightly bitter notes of radicchio, this sauce perfectly complements roasts, shellfish platter and fried veggies!
