As its name suggests, the shape of this mozzarella is reminiscent of a big breast! It’s not easy to make: only very skilled and expert people are able to get the shape right. It is very easy to eat it, though. You should just remember to let it rest outside of the fridge at room temperature, before serving it.
Due to its extra-large size, its pure white colour and its milk scent, “la Zizza” buffalo mozzarella from Campania is crowned the queen of the meal. There is nothing better than this milk bomb and its unique flavour to celebrate bounty and good food.
The Azienda agricola Tempio farm is located in the Paestum plain, next to the Greek temples. History and innovation meet here: traditional buffalo farming is combined with modern milking and quality control technologies. Furthermore, the company is committed to environmental sustainability and generates green electricity, by using biomass.
