There is only one adjective that can describe this Parma ham aged at least 24 months by Devodier: flawless. This prosciutto di Parma is manufactured the traditional way, using only two ingredients: selected Italian pork and salt.

This Parma ham has a fragrant aroma, but a delicate flavour at the same time, which is not overwhelming on the palate. Ham slices are soft and velvety in the mouth; the white fatty part melts perfectly and gives a sweet touch to the meat sapidity, creating a perfect balance.
